The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions provide additional features and content generation capacity.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store through which you subscribed (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYPOINT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Waypoint and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us to attempt informal resolution.
Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Waypoint regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any successor or affiliate.
