What to include

To help us investigate quickly, please include:

• The email address associated with your Waypoint account
• Whether you are using iOS or Android
• Your Waypoint app version
• A short description of what happened and what you expected
• A screenshot, if it helps explain the issue

Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, or payment-card details.

Account and privacy requests

• To request account deletion outside the app, follow the steps on our Delete your Waypoint account page.
• For privacy questions or requests, email support@waypointlanguage.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
